Scotland Men’s Under-21 squad will conclude their home games for European Championship Qualifying at BBSP Rugby Park before travelling to Bulgaria for the final game of the qualification group at the Georgi Benkovski Stadium in Pazardjik on October 6.
New manager Tony Docherty and assistant Steven Naismith will lead the 21s for the first time as the side return to Rugby Park for the first time since May 2008.
Both Tony and Steven have strong connections to Kilmarnock, with Tony assisting then manager Derek McInnes as they led the Ayrshire side back to the Scottish top-flight. Steven Naismith of course, began his career in Kilmarnock, with over 100 appearances and 35 goals for them.
Scotland’s squad will be announced on Wednesday 16 September.
